King Exchange Privacy Policy

Short version: we hold as little as the job requires, we do not sell any of it, and you can ask what we have.

What King Exchange Collects

Two categories, and they are worth separating because people tend to imagine the first is much larger than it is.

What you give us. A name, a mobile number and a password when a King Exchange ID is created. Payment details when you first deposit. Whatever you write in a support message.

What arrives automatically. Standard web server records — an IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested and when. Every website receives this; it is how a page gets delivered to the right place.

We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, photographs or scanned documents to open a King Exchange account, and you should be suspicious of any page claiming to be us that does.

Why King Exchange Keeps It

  • To create and operate your account, which is not possible without a username and a way to reach you.
  • To verify a password reset against your registered mobile number.
  • To process deposits and pay withdrawals to the right person.
  • To answer support messages with enough context to be useful.
  • To detect account takeover, duplicate registrations and payment fraud.
  • To keep the records that financial and regulatory obligations require.

Nothing is collected for a purpose we have not listed, and none of it is used to build advertising profiles.

Who Can See Your King Exchange Data

Support staff, limited to what a given request actually needs. Payment processors, limited to what is required to move a transaction. Nobody else, unless a lawful order compels disclosure.

We do not sell King Exchange user data. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to marketing partners. There is no arrangement under which your mobile number reaches a third party for their own use, which is the part most people are actually worried about when they read a policy like this one.

How Long King Exchange Holds Records

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as the account is open, and afterwards for the period financial record-keeping rules require. Server logs are retained for a short operational window and then discarded.

Closing a King Exchange ID does not erase transaction history immediately, and cannot — the records exist partly to protect you in a dispute and partly because retaining them is a legal obligation rather than a choice.

Security of Your King Exchange Account

Connections run over SSL. Payments pass through PCI-compliant gateways. Idle sessions are terminated automatically so an unattended phone does not stay logged in indefinitely.

Honest caveat: no system is absolutely secure, and the weakest point in practice is almost never the server. It is a password shared in a chat, or an OTP read aloud to somebody claiming to be support. King Exchange support never asks for either — that is covered in more detail on the contact page.

Cookies on This King Exchange Site

This site uses only what it needs to function — keeping a session alive and remembering basic preferences. Your browser settings can block or clear cookies at any time, though a blocked session cookie will mean logging in again more often.

Your Rights Over King Exchange Data

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction if something is wrong, and ask for deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. Requests go to the support desk and are answered within a reasonable period.

You can also request account closure or self-exclusion at any point. The responsible gaming page explains how that works and what happens to a remaining balance.

Children and King Exchange

This service is strictly for adults aged eighteen and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and an account identified as belonging to a minor is closed.
